Photo Finishing

I woke up early this morning and had to reorganize all my materials. That took a while but I made it to Penny's by 9:15 a.m. to work on the pages again. Penny, Carol and I worked until 3:15 p.m. on decorating the pages (minus a brief lunch break.)

We pretty much (98%) completed the pages for Child #1 & #2. The pages for Child #3 are still not done, but the three of us made a lot of progress. I am so thankful for help! After six hours, my back was killing me from sitting poorly and we all had a major case of burn-out! It was a relief to clean up & quit.

I am not sure the details about how & when to finish up the last set. Penny offered another get-together...but I think my Mom is coming into town & we majorly need to work on garage sale prep so I can be ready in time for the soon-coming neighborhood sale (we need to get rid of a TON of stuff!) So, I'm not sure how that is going to work out...

My plan now is to work on the "cover pages" on Monday. My friend Mandy & I have a date and we will be visiting the scrapbook store. I'll probably try to cut out some letters and shapes for those three cover pages and crank those out that day - something doable and relatively fun. I think I will bring the last set and see if it's feasible to work on that as well.

I just got done painting the dresser and bookcase (with real paint - not primer!) I just want to get those out of my hair - I want them done and in the Kids' room. Karl is working on plumbing plans & other items. I am not sure what I am going to work on next but I might need to think about preparing a meal pretty soon :)
