After a lot of hard work, Karl got the plumbing roughed in for our two sinks that we'll be putting in someday soon - where there used to be just one!!! This will create more "room" for the kids (& us!) to get ready, thus maximizing space in our small bathroom.

Karl also finished the rough in for the shower/bath plumbing so we are ready to call on Monday for our plumbing inspection and then we can officially move on with this project!!!
A very special thanks to our friends who came over a week ago to help Karl with the copper pipes & fittings and getting all those things in order so he could be set up to do all the work he did today!!! Thanks Gary, Eric & Beth!!! We love you guys!!!
We got Karl's passport renewal application package sent off yesterday and paid a bit extra for certified mail for my peace of mind. Thanks to my friend who relayed to us how quickly she got her passport renewal :) That's what we are hoping for!
Tomorrow after church, we'll be heading over to K's parents for a big family get-together. We are looking forward to seeing everyone & catching up AND taking lots of photos to show the kids their host of new family members when we are together in Colombia! If any of you are reading, get ready to smile a lot!!! :)
Overall, it has been a pretty good work day and we are thankful! We are getting a little closer to having the house ready for our new additions!!!
