We have our 4th appointment tomorrow morning for someone to come view our home. We have gotten really great realtor responses and comments back from the previous showings which have been really encouraging - the only thing better would be an offer - and very SOON!
In our new ciudad/city, we put an offer in on a house this weekend and got a counter offer back this afternoon and then submitted a counter offer tonight, so we shall see how that all pans out. This is the extremely simplified version of the story...really, the day has been terribly grueling and I am so exhausted. The good news is that the kids & I are moving to an extended stay hotel next weekend to be with Karl so we won't be apart anymore!

Only a few more days until you will be reunited with Karl. I know it is tough, but you can do it, Julie! And congrats on liking a house and putting an offer on it in your new city!!!
